Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your use of our website and our consultancy services.
Terms and Conditions document
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kalayra International website and our visa consultancy and application-assistance services. By using our website, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, or engaging Kalayra International for any consultancy or application-assistance service, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Nature of Our Services
Kalayra International provides visa consultancy and application-assistance services. This means we help clients understand visa categories, assess eligibility, prepare documentation, and organize and submit applications to the relevant embassies, consulates, or government departments.
Kalayra International is not an embassy, consulate, government body, or visa-issuing authority. We do not control, influence, or guarantee the outcome of any visa application, and we do not sell visas. Any statement on our website, in our marketing materials, or made by our staff describing our services should be read in light of this — we provide consultancy and application-assistance services only, and final decisions rest entirely with the relevant third-party authority.
3. Client Responsibilities
When you engage our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents, and promptly correct or update anything that changes or that you later realize was inaccurate.
- Provide requested documents within the timeframes we communicate to you, so that we can meet application deadlines set by the relevant authority.
- Understand that the accuracy and authenticity of the information and documents you provide is your responsibility, and that submitting false or misleading information to an authority can result in refusal, delay, or other consequences outside our control.
- Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
4. Third-Party Decisions & No Guarantee of Approval
All visa, immigration, and related decisions are made exclusively by the relevant embassy, consulate, government department, or other authority — not by Kalayra International. We do not guarantee, and make no representation, that any application we assist with will be approved, approved within a particular timeframe, or approved on any particular terms.
Processing times, requirements, and outcomes are determined by the relevant authority and can change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of requirements known to us at the time, but we are not responsible for delays, refusals, or changes in requirements caused by the relevant authority.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees for our consultancy and application-assistance services are communicated to you before you engage a specific service. Our consultancy fees are separate from any government, embassy, visa, or third-party fees, which are set independently by those authorities and are payable in addition to our fees, where applicable.
Payment terms, methods, and any applicable refund considerations for a specific service will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Our approach to refunds is set out separately in our Refund Policy.
6. Consultations & Bookings
Consultations booked through our website or other channels are subject to availability. We may reschedule a consultation where necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. Please provide accurate contact details when booking so that we can reach you about your consultation.
7. Document Submission Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any documents you submit to us are genuine, current, and belong to you (or, where applicable, to the individual on whose behalf you are acting with appropriate authority, such as a parent or legal guardian). We handle documents you provide in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Communications
We may contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp, or other channels you provide, regarding your enquiry, consultation, or case. By providing your contact details, you consent to being contacted through these channels for service-related purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
The Kalayra International name, logo, website content, design, and materials are the property of Kalayra International or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with our services.
10. Website Use & Prohibited Use
You agree to use our website only for its intended purpose of learning about our services and engaging with us. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, our systems, or any account, data, or information not intended for you.
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information or documents.
- Use the website to transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code.
- Use automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to access or collect content from the website without our permission.
11. External & Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party services (for example, embassy or government portals) that are not operated or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website or service, and linking to them does not imply our endorsement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kalayra International will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services, including loss arising from decisions made by third-party authorities, delays, refusals, or changes in requirements that are outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Service Availability
We aim to keep our website and services available, but we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may suspend access to the website for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
14. Changes to Services & Terms
We may update or change our services, website, or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or decline to provide our services to you where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, provided false information or documents, or used our website or services for an unlawful purpose. You may stop using our services at any time by notifying us; any fees already incurred remain subject to the payment terms communicated to you at the time of booking.
16. Governing Framework
Kalayra International operates from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. These Terms are intended to be interpreted reasonably and in good faith. Where a dispute or question of interpretation requires reference to a specific governing law or jurisdiction, that will be confirmed separately and communicated to clients, rather than assumed here, so that this section reflects only verified, applicable legal information.
17. Contact Us
If you have questions about these Terms & Conditions, please contact us:
(build.js, Phase 1.0 §1) instead of repeating these values — one place to update if the owner changes the name, domain, email, or confirms the final physical address. data-config="siteName" / data-config="address" reuse the same window.SITE_CONFIG hydration hook (header.js applyGlobalConfig(), Stage 5.13) already used for these values in includes/header.html and includes/footer.html — no second/competing config mechanism is introduced. The office address below is the approved business address for the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia head office. The public website intentionally omits the office number; building and office details can be provided directly to clients when needed. No phone or WhatsApp number is shown here, per Stage 11.1 instructions. Bilingual/RTL: logical properties only. ============================================================ -->KALAYRA INTERNATIONAL
