General
What does Kalayra International do?
We're a visa consultancy — we guide clients through understanding their options, preparing documents, and putting together a complete, well-organized application for the visa category that fits their situation.
Which countries and visa types do you cover?
We support a range of destinations across study, work, family, business, visit, investor, permanent residency and citizenship categories. Browse our Services page for the full list, or ask us directly about your destination.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. An initial consultation lets us understand your goals and situation before recommending a path forward. You can book a free consultation whenever you're ready.
How do I get started?
Start with a consultation or use our eligibility checker to get a first sense of which categories may fit you. From there, our team will walk you through the next steps.
Is visa approval guaranteed?
No. We provide consultancy and application-assistance services — final approval decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or immigration authority, never by us.
Documents
What documents will I need?
Requirements vary by visa type and destination. After your consultation, our team gives you a tailored checklist covering exactly what your specific application needs.
Do my documents need to be translated?
Some destinations require certified translations of documents not already in the required language. We'll flag which of your documents this applies to when we review your checklist together.
Can you help verify or review my documents?
Yes — our Document Verification service checks your documents for completeness and consistency before they're submitted.
What if I'm missing a document?
Let your consultant know as early as possible — we'll advise on how to obtain it or, where applicable, what alternative documentation may be acceptable for your case.
Process
What are the general steps in the process?
Broadly: consultation, document collection and review, our team's completeness check, your confirmation to proceed, and finally submission on your behalf or guided self-submission, depending on the service.
How long does the process usually take?
Timelines depend on the visa category, destination, and how quickly documents are ready on your side. Your consultant will give you a realistic estimate for your specific case rather than a fixed, universal timeframe.
Can I track the status of my case?
Yes — once your case is underway, you can check progress through Case Tracking, and your consultant will keep you updated at each stage.
What happens after my documents are reviewed?
Once our team confirms your documents are complete, we'll walk you through what was found, confirm you're ready to proceed, and move to the next stage of your specific service.
Payment
When does payment happen?
Payment is never taken automatically just because you browsed a service or asked a question. It follows our team's document review, your confirmation to proceed, and payment authorization — in that order.
How much will my service cost?
Costs depend on the service and complexity of your case. See Pricing & Packages for a starting sense of our fee structure, or ask for a tailored estimate during consultation.
What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed with you directly by our team ahead of payment authorization, once your case is ready to proceed.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Any applicable fees are explained to you clearly before you confirm and authorize payment, so there are no surprises later in the process.
Service-Specific Questions
What do I need for a student visa application?
Typically an offer letter, proof of funds, and academic documents, alongside any language-test results your destination requires. See Student Visa for more detail.
I have a job offer — what does a work visa need?
Work visa applications generally combine employer-sponsorship documents with your own personal and academic paperwork. Visit Work Visa for the general outline.
Can you help my whole family apply together?
Yes — our Family Visa service coordinates document collection across dependents so each family member's application is consistent and submitted on the same timeline.
What's involved in a business or investor visa?
These categories usually require company and financial documentation alongside personal paperwork. See Business Visa or Investor Visa for details relevant to your situation.
I'm planning a short trip — what visa do I need?
Short trips are usually covered by a Visit Visa. We'll help you put together an itinerary, accommodation and financial documents suited to your destination.
Can you help with permanent residency or citizenship?
Yes — we help assess eligibility and organize the multi-stage document trail these categories typically require. See Permanent Residency or Citizenship to learn more.
