1. Purpose & Scope

This Policy explains, in general terms, when a refund of fees paid to Kalayra International may or may not be available. Because consultancy engagements vary in scope, the specific payment and cancellation terms that apply to your سروس will also be confirmed with you at the time of booking; where those specific terms differ from the general principles below, the terms confirmed to you at booking apply to your engagement.

2. Types of Fees

In the course of engaging ہماری خدمات, you may encounter more than one type of fee:

• مشاورت fees — charged for an initial or follow-up consultation with ہماری ٹیم.
• Consultancy / سروس fees — charged for the ongoing work of assessing اہلیت, preparing documentation, and assisting with an application.
• Third-party / government fees — charged directly by an embassy, consulate, government department, or other authority (for example, a ویزا درخواست fee), which we may collect on your behalf or advise you to pay directly, but which are set and retained by that authority, not by us.

This Policy addresses our own consultation and consultancy fees. Third-party and government fees are addressed separately in Section 5 below.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you منسوخ کریں before we have begun substantive work on your case (for example, before we have started assessing اہلیت or preparing documentation), you are generally in a stronger position to request a refund of consultancy fees already paid, subject to any consultation fee or administrative cost already incurred in engaging with your enquiry. The exact outcome depends on the specific سروس and how far the engagement had progressed at the point of cancellation.

4. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once we have begun substantive work on your case — such as reviewing دستاویزات, preparing an application, or corresponding with a third-party authority on your behalf — a full refund of consultancy fees is generally not available, because that work represents time, expertise, and وسائل we have already committed. Where a cancellation occurs partway through an engagement, we will assess what portion of the fee, if any, may reasonably be refunded based on the work already completed and the work that remains outstanding.

5. Third-Party & Government Fees

Fees paid to an embassy, consulate, government department, or other third-party authority are not controlled by Kalayra International and are generally non-refundable by us. Where such a fee is refundable, refunds are determined solely by the policies of that authority, not by Kalayra International, and any refund would need to be pursued with that authority directly or in accordance with its own طریقہ کار.

6. Decisions Outside Our Control

Visa, امیگریشن and related decisions are made exclusively by the relevant embassy, consulate, government department, or other authority. A refund of our consultancy fees is not available simply because an application is refused, delayed, or does not result in the outcome you hoped for, provided that we have delivered the consultancy and application-assistance سروس you engaged us for in good faith and in line with the information available to us at the time.

7. Work Already Performed

Any refund assessment takes into account the professional time, document review, preparation, and any submissions or communications with a third-party authority that we have already carried out on your case. Fees corresponding to work genuinely completed are generally not refundable.

8. How to Request a Refund

9. Assessment & Review

We review each refund request individually, considering the stage the engagement had reached, the work already completed, and the specific terms communicated to you at the time of booking. We will respond to let you know the outcome of our review and the reasoning behind it.

10. Refund Method & Communication

Where a refund is approved, we will aim to return the approved amount using the same method you used to pay, where reasonably practicable, and will confirm with you once it has been processed. Processing times can vary depending on the payment method and provider involved.

11. Changes to This Policy
